Herman Lenz

Herman Lenz, age 95, of West Haven, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2019. Herman was predeceased by his beloved wife, Georgine Eder Lenz. He was born in Germany, on March 10, 1924. Herman is survived by his daughter, Linda (John) Northrop, his son, Herman (Lorrie) Lenz, and 5 beloved grandchildren, Christopher Northrop, Andrew Northrop, Carly Lenz (Keegan Allen), Nicholas Lenz, and Drew Lenz.

Herman worked for many years as an auto body technician, at Giordano’s Plymouth Chrysler. He loved his family, and will be forever missed.

Visitation will take place on Friday, October 18, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, at West Haven Funeral Home on the Green. A prayer service will take place at 1 o’clock. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Herman’s name to W.H.E.A.T., 674 Washington Ave., West Haven, CT 06516.
