Ann (Teodoro) Flemmig

It is with great sadness that the family of Ann Teodoro Flemmig announces her passing on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at the age of 80 in Branford.  

Ann was born on August 7, 1944, in New Haven, to her loving parents, Reuben and Rose Teodoro, whose guidance and love shaped the remarkable person that she became.  

 Throughout her life, Ann was known for her genuine kindness, patient demeanor, and warm, loving nature-qualities that endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her.  

Ann shared a beautiful life with her devoted husband of 59 years, Carl Flemmig Sr. Together, they built a family filled with love and cherished memories. In addition to her husband, Ann leaves behind two sons, Carl Flemmig Jr. and Edward Flemmig, as well as her beloved daughters-in-law, Lisa and Julie Flemmig. She was also a proud grandmother to five, Cody Flemmig-Nieves (Luis), Sarah Russell (Kevin), Nicholas, Jarod and Gabe and great grandmother to TJ and Oliver. Her love extended beyond immediate family to include her brother Reuben Teodoro, sister-in-law Beth Teodoro and their three amazing children Dana, Jonathan, and Nicholas.

Visitation will be held in Ann’s honor on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at West Haven Funeral Home, 662 Savin Ave., West Haven, A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 13, 2025 in St. Joseph’s Church, 129 Edwards Street, New Haven at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford, CT 06405.  

Ann will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who loved her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew her.
