On Sunday, March 31st, Annmarie Boynton, 74, of West Haven entered into eternal rest. For 56 years, she was the cherished wife of the late Lance Boynton. Anna leaves behind her wonderful family including her daughter Tiffany (Joe) Mills; sons Richard & Adam Boynton; daughters-in-law Patti Boynton-Cole and Nikki Boynton; best friend Tracey Maher; her beautiful grandchildren Taylor Boynton, Michael Finnegan, Leannie Mills, Rylie & Jackson Boynton all of whom absolutely loved and adored their Noni and her siblings Donna Lord and Frank Montano. She was predeceased by her cherished and beloved sons Michael and Jason and siblings Doreen Montano, Anna Pereria, Sal and Jimmy Montano.
Born in New Haven, Annmarie was a lifelong resident of West Haven, where she worked in the medical field as a billing coordinator for many years. Anna, as she was affectionately known, was a devoted friend, a force to be reckoned with, a pillar of strength who loved and took care of her family with immense pride. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, swearing, cooking and being with her family who looked forward to Sunday sauce and all that came from being together.
Annmarie's presence and love will be deeply missed. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with her husband and two beautiful sons. Visitation will take place on Friday from 11 am to 1pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A parlor service will begin at 1 pm followed by interment in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
