Charles “Chas” Kessler, 80, of West Haven died on May 26, 2022, and is now joined together again with his beloved wife of 58 years, the late Camille “Nonni” Kessler. A son of the late Louis and Margaret Kessler, Charles was born in Pennsylvania on January 24, 1942. Survived by his son Charles “Chuck” Kessler Jr.; daughter Christine (Robert) Lynch; grandchildren Robert (Alexa), Hannah (Brandon), Aidan and Connor Lynch; his most treasured grandson Alexander; brothers Lou (Marie), Ron, and John (Rosetta) Kessler; sister Barbara (Michael) Kane; sister-in-law JoAnn (Roy) Stober; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Additionally preceded in death by brother-in-law Sal (Evelyn) Armino.
Chas was employed for many years with the Armstrong Rubber Company of West Haven, subsequently retiring from the State of Connecticut Agricultural Department. His passions were that of fly fishing, model trains, and his family. We know he is enjoying pasta with his devoted Nonni and watching over us all. Until we meet again…
