Conor Hylton, 26, of North Haven, died suddenly on August 15, 2024. Born in New Haven on January 31, 1998, to William H. Hylton, DMD and Betsy Leary Hylton, DMD, he was the adored brother of Liam and Blake. In addition to his heartbroken family, Conor leaves behind the love of his life and fiancée, Nicole Tonelli, a student at the School of Law at Quinnipiac University, his cousin Jack Clarke, who he loved as a third brother, and his beloved dogs, Howie, Bauer, and Rue. However, he still did not like the family bird, Winnie, who would often bite him and only him!
Conor also leaves his amazing group of friends – too many to list – from his hometown, from his athletic activities, each and every school he attended, his Milford family and the time he spent with them at the beach. He attended Ridge Road School, and then Notre Dame High School, where he became the starting goalie on the varsity hockey team. As a Senior, Conor was selected as an all-state athlete. His gifted athleticism led him to play Irish football at the New Haven Gaelic Football Club and to receive his black belt in Taekwondo.
After graduating from Notre Dame with honors, he attended the University of Connecticut for his undergraduate studies, and earned a double major, again, graduating with honors.
At the time of his death, Conor was fulfilling his lifelong dream of following in his parents’ footsteps. He was a student at UConn School of Dental Medicine.
