Dennis E. Thompson

Dennis E. Thompson, of Bethany entered into rest on August 26, 2024.  He was the husband of Laurene Romei Thompson.  In addition to his wife, Dennis leaves his mother Sue Thompson, stepfather Dave Phipps, stepmother Maria Thompson, siblings Mike (Carey) Thompson and Patty (Jim) Zuppe and many nieces, nephews and friends.  He was predeceased by his father Earl Thompson. 

Dennis retired from the West Haven Veterans Hospital where he worked for many years as a programmer.

On Monday morning September 9, 2024 a Memorial Mass will be celebrated in Assumption Church, Woodbridge at 11 o’clock.  Interment of cremains will follow in Milfordside Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
