Diane (Nacca) Conforte

Diane Nacca Conforte, 79, of West Haven entered into rest on June 13, 2025.  A lifelong resident of West Haven, she was the wife of the late Jimmy Conforte.  Diane is survived by her son Anthony (Jeanette Bruno) Conforte, daughter Korrie Conforte (the late Stephen) Annucci; two grandsons Stephen and Jack Annucci, siblings John (Joan) Nacca, Paul “Junior” Nacca, Christine (Dave) Davis, Marie Urqhart and Jeanette’s daughter Aleisha Melenedez.  She was predeceased by her parents Paul and Alice Langlois Nacca and two brothers Robert and Domnic Nacca.

Diane’s family was most important to her.  She will be deeply missed by all.  Her family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff at Apple Rehab, West Haven and to the hospice staff at the Hospital of St. Raphael.  While at Apple, Diane enjoyed ceramics.

Visitation will take place on Wednesday morning June 18, 2025 from 8:30 to 10:30 at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green, 662 Savin Avenue, West Haven, CT.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. John Vianney Church of St. John XXIII Parish, 300 Captain Thomas Boulevard, West Haven, CT at 11 o’clock.  Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
