Diane Virginia (Freed) Rogers

Diane V. Rogers, wife of the late David Rogers, passed peacefully on March 23, 2022 at Yale- New Haven Hospital after a ten year battle with cancer.  Born Diane Virginia Freed in Milford on July 21, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Randolph A. and Loretta M. Freed.  Diane is survived by five siblings Dolores, (Dodie) L. Freed (Thornton) of Naugatuck, Debra A. Freed of Framingham, MA., Randolph A. Freed of Carlisle, PA., Denise M. Freed (Ghent) of Stratford, and Donna L. Freed of Michigan. She also leaves her longtime companion John (Jack) Moran of West Haven as well as many nieces and nephews.

Diane has been a longtime West Haven resident where she was a member of the Elks Club and the Polish American Club.  She was a generous soul who gave all she could to those she loved.

Diane’s family will be organizing a Dancing with the Day Celebration of Life event in her honor so her family and longtime friends can celebrate and honor her.  Please check back in early May for further details.
