Elizabeth "Liz" M. (Iannucci) Allspaugh

Elizabeth M. Allspaugh, age 82, of West Haven passed away on July 18, 2021 at CT Hospice.  She was the loving wife of the late Richard F. Allspaugh.  Elizabeth was born in New Haven, daughter of the late Salvatore and Rose Zingarella Iannucci Sr.  She is survived by her son Richard H. (Susan) Allspaugh Sr. of Middletown, her grandchildren Richard H. Allspaugh Jr. of West Haven and Sarah (John Lombardi) Brister of Middletown, her great grandson Harley, her sisters Annabelle D’Amicis & Grace Hendricks both of West Haven and several nieces & nephews.  Liz was predeceased by her sibling, Rose Milano, Josephine Maresca, Louise Biondi, Leonora Raccio, Margaret Gennette, Barbara “Mikie” Sweetman, Carmine, Pasquale & Salvatore Iannucci Jr.  For many years, Liz worked for the West Haven Board of Education as a lunch aide. 

Visitation will be held on Friday morning from 11am – 1pm at West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Interment will be private.
