It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Gail Parrett Malady who went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 11, 2022. She is survived by the love of her life, Daniel W. Malady. Gail and Dan met when they were 13 years old. They married at the age of 20 and spent a total of 52 years together. Gail was born on June 14, 1956 to the late Frank Parrett Jr. and Edna M. Camp. She was 65 years old. She is survived by her loving children Michelle Malady Chinova, Michelle’s children Todd, Lisa Marie (deceased) Cari and Sean; Nikole Malady (deceased) and her children James and Chloe; Zane (Gina) Malady and their son Zane, Jr.; Faith (William) Daniels and their children Jesse, Aiden, Felicity, Trinity and soon to be born Korbin. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren Aaliyah, Colton, Caius, Catori, Xander and Quinn, several nieces and nephews., her sisters who adored her, Debra Camacho, Lynda (Frank) Lanziero and Suzette Parrett. In addition to her parents, daughter Nikole and granddaughter Lisa Marie, Gail is predeceased by her brother Frank Parrett III and her in-laws William and Elizabeth Malady. Gail was a warm and caring person and a true defender and advocate of children. She was an amazing and creative cook who could turn the simplest dish into a gourmet meal. Gail and Dan shared a deep love of music. Music moved her heart and their life together built a beautiful soundtrack. Her love for her family was unconditional and she will be sorely missed.
On Tuesday January 25th, a service honoring Gail’s life will be held at 6:30 pm at Gateway Christian Fellowship, 129 Bull Hill Lane, west Haven, CT.
