Jacquelyn Jenkins Cullen, 91, of West Haven passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025. She was the wife of the late William A. Cullen who passed in 1992. The only child of the late William and Helen Collard Jenkins, her early years were spent in Cold Spring, NY. At age 11 the family moved to Milford. Her mother later remarried, and Jackie was blessed with a wonderful stepfather, Ralph Goldstein and two siblings, Jeff and Annie. She continued to reside in Milford with her husband and family until 1989. Jackie’s family includes her children Cheryl Pasqualini, Corrine Cullen, the late Cindy C. Horton, William A. Cullen and Kelly P. Cullen; 7 adored grandchildren, 4 precious great grandchildren and her siblings Jeff Goldstein and Annie Cohen. Sewing, knitting and crocheting were some of her treasured hobbies. When her boys were growing up, she took on the responsibility of Cub Scout Leader, hosting many meetings at their house and leading the boys in their activities.
After leaving Milford, Willie and Jackie traveled the country in their RV until he became ill with cancer. For 25 years following William’s passing, Jackie became a snowbird between CT and Texas. While in Texas, she enjoyed singing and clogging, participating in local performances. In her later years, she returned to CT, settling in West Haven to be close to her family.
