Joan Marie (Ehlert) Argentino

Joan Marie Ehlert Argentino, 81, of West Haven entered into rest on April 28, 2024, with her faithful companion Harley by her side.  Her husband Louis A. Argentino died in 2018.  In addition to Harley, Joan’s family includes her children Marie (George) Price and Louis (Shelby) Argentino, her adored grandchildren, Garrett and Mason Argentino, Marina and Brady Price, and nephews Chris and Michael Ehlert.  A daughter of the late Charles and Marie Finn Ehlert, Joan is also predeceased by her brother Charles Ehlert. Joan had three major sources of enjoyment in her life- her family, her dogs and smoking. Although she enjoyed visitors, she was a very private person.

Visitation will take place on Thursday May 2, 2024 from 9 to 11 am at the West Haven Funeral Home. Prayers will begin at 11 am, followed by interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamden.
