Joan F. Bourque, age 60, of West Haven passed away on Nov. 2, 2020. She was the loving wife of Kenneth Bourque. She was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, daughter of late Edward and Frances Kleindienst Fink. She is also survived by her children, Jennifer Bourque, Jonathan Bourque and Taylor Bourque all of West Haven, her twin sister Jena Fink of West Haven and her brother Ronald (Maria “Beatriz”) Fink of Ohio. Joan was an employee of Lowes and PetSmart.
