Joan (Patchell) Salvato

Joan Patchell Salvato, 76, of Milford entered into rest on July 6, 2021. She was the wife of the late George Salvato.  Born in New Haven on April 8, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth Brockamer Patchell.  Joan retired from Bank of America after 33 years as a bank manager.   Full retirement didn’t suit her, so she went back to work at People’s Bank as a check processor.

Joan leaves seven siblings and their spouses Mark and Debbie Patchell, Harry and Bunny Patchell, Chuck  Patchell and Carrie Falcone, David and Lisa Patchell, Robbie and Joy Patchell, Robin Patchell and Kim and Jack Mass.  In addition to her parents, Joan was predeceased by her sister Carol Carr.

Visitation will take place on Monday July 12 from 9 to 11 am at the funeral home.  At 11 o’clock, prayers will begin, followed by interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
