Joseph A. Fortini

Joseph A. Fortini, 85, of North Haven, entered into rest on August 2, 2022.  He was the beloved husband of Gail Wilson Fortini.  In addition to Gail, Joe leaves his sons Joseph A. Fortini II and Marc L. (Shannon M.) Fortini; two adored grandsons Anthony and Dominic, his sister Flora (Max) Giacomini and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Born in Gioia Sannitica, Italy, the son of the late Luigi and Maria Proscino Fortini, Joe came to the United States as a young man.  His family was most important but work was a close second.  He finally retired three years ago.  As a sales representative for Connecticut Container, Joe received numerous awards and accolades throughout the years as the top seller representative.

In accordance with his wishes, there are no services at this time.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CT Hospice.
