Josephine "Jo" (Zeoli) Hart

Josephine “Jo” Hart, 92, of West Haven, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 16, 2024.  Born on May 8, 1932 in Hamden to James and Marie Affinito Zeoli. Survived by daughter Debra Hart; nephew Dr. John Vischio, and niece Lori Edmunds.  In addition to her parents, Jo was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years Arthur; sister Mary Lou; and brother-in-law John Vischio. Along with Arthur, Jo owned Hart Travel of West Haven.  She was a past president of the West Haven Italian-American Club. Jo was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend who will be sadly missed.

Arrangements have been entrusted to West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.  Interment will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 9 o’clock at Oak Grove Cemetery, 871 Campbell Avenue, West Haven.  There will be no other services.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the West Haven Animal Shelter, 7 Collis Street, West Haven, CT 06516.
