Kenneth Lappie

Kenneth Lappie, 86, of Milford, passed away on November 21, 2022, at West River Rehabilitation. Ken was born in New Haven on March 24, 1936, son of the late John and Elsie (Ebel) Lappie. Ken is survived by his brother John (Lillian) Lappie, nieces Susan Neal and Nancy Beckert, as well as nephews Bob (Carole) Mikenis, Mike (Lori) Mikenis, and John (Nancy) Lappie. He was also predeceased by his beloved wife, Geraldine Hershman.

Ken grew up in West Haven with a love for family, fishing, painting, crafts, and playing checkers with his brother John. He worked for many years at Grienbrier Greenhouse through the Easter Seals program.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 1st, from 10 to 11am, at West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A Funeral Service will then commence in the funeral parlor at 11am. Interment will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven.
