Mark V. Antonucci

Mark V. Antonucci, 84, of West Haven, died on July 26, 2025, surrounded by his family. Born in New Haven on August 25, 1940, a son of the late Pietro and Anna (Ciccarelli) Antonucci. In addition to his loving wife Patricia (Amendola) Antonucci, Mark is survived by his children Peter Antonucci, Stacy Antonucci (Eric Sturges) and Michael (Christine) Antonucci; and grandchildren Nico, Bella, Dante, and Marco Antonucci and Alessa and Ricky Sturges.

Mark was a 1958 graduate of Notre Dame High School of West Haven and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven in 1968.  Mark then served this country in the Army Reserves until his Honorable Discharge in 1969. Mark became a contractor, building numerous houses in the area. He retired from the City of West Haven as a licensed electrician.

Arrangements were entrusted to West Haven Funeral Home at the Green, 662 Savin Avenue, West Haven, CT. Calling hours will be held on Friday evening, August 1, 2025, from four to seven o’clock. On Saturday morning, all are requested to meet directly at St. Louis Church of St. John XXIII Parish, 89 Bull Hill Lane, West Haven.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 o’clock.  Interment will follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery, West Haven. 

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mark’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
