Patricia A. Jagrosse

Patricia A. Jagrosse, 72, of West Haven, died on December 15, 2021.  Born in New Haven on February 4, 1949, a daughter of the late Clayton and Eleanore (Adams) Mansfield.  Survived by her loving sons Alphonse Jagrosse III & William (Claudine) Jagrosse, both of CT; granddaughter Melissa (Abele Grillo) Jagrosse of Rochester, NY; and brother Earl Mansfield of CT.  Patricia is also predeceased by sister Demetria Mansfield, of FL. 

A longtime resident of West Haven, Patty dedicated over thirty years to Peschell’s Bakery, where her friendly ways were always front and center.  She was known for her kind and giving manner, with an interest and passion for reading, puzzles, as well as the care and wellbeing for animals.  Her greatest enjoyment and pastime, however, was that of spending time with her granddaughter. 

Calling hours will take place in the funeral parlor on Sunday, December 19th, from 2 to 4:30pm.  A funeral service will commence in the funeral parlor at 4:30pm.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patty’s name to the ASPCA, by visiting aspca.org.
