Richard Joseph "Rich" Dittmar

Richard Joseph Dittmar, age 65, of West Haven passed away on July 14, 2024.  He was the loving husband of Dawn Manos Dittmar.  Richard was born in New York, NY, son of the late George and Jeanne Casalio Dittmar.  He is also survived by his daughters, Jeanna (Matthew Niski) Dittmar, Jessica Dittmar and Richelle Dittmar all of West Haven, his granddaughters Aria and Madelynn, his brother Eric Dittmar of NV, and his niece Sierra Dittmar of GA.  Rich was predeceased by his brothers Christopher and George Dittmar.

Since 1994, Rich was a proud member of the Polish American Club, West Haven.  He was a self-employed plumber by trade.  For the past 40 years, he was the owner and operator of Royal Flush Sewer & Drain Cleaner.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday AUGUST 6th, from 4-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.  A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home at 6:30pm.  Interment will be private.
