Timothy S. Gates

Timothy S. Gates, age 55, of West Haven passed away suddenly at home on April 7, 2021.  He was the loving husband of Kathleen Dwyer Gates.  Tim was born in Holland, MI, son of the late Everett and Lorraine Fitzhugh Gates.  He is also survived by his children, Savannah (Andres) Lafebre of Seymour, Stephanie Gates and Timothy R. Gates both of West Haven, his grandchildren Andres and Amelia, his siblings, Linda (Al) Gurnee of NC, Ronald (Ruth) Gates of Milford, Theresa Criscuolo of West Haven, Terry (Gayle) Gates of Milford, Roberta (Mike) Kirk of NC and Robert Gates of MI and many nieces, nephews and friends.   He was predeceased by his brothers Ed, Dale, Michael & Rodney Gates 

Tim was a Master Ford Technician.  He worked for all the local Ford Dealers and was the former owner and operator of Gates Auto Repair and Service Center. 

The hours for visitation will be Monday from 4-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home.  Interment will be private.
